The Franciscan Performing Arts Club (FPAC) is a performing arts organization at SFAC-Taguig dedicated to fostering student involvement in music and creative expression. The club provides a supportive environment for students to develop and showcase their talents. A key ensemble within the club, the FPAC-RITMO Band, was established in 2017 to foster student involvement in instrumental music. Initially concentrating on a range of instrumental music, the organization underwent a significant expansion in 2022 through its merger with the Drum and Lyre Corps. This consolidation resulted in the current FPAC-RITMO Band, which significantly strengthened the school's musical programs and broadened opportunities for student participation in the performing arts. The name "RITMO," signifying rhythm and musicality, aptly reflects the ensemble's artistic emphasis.
The RITMO BAND is a Musical Group Band from Saint Francis Of Assisi College (SFAC) involved in instruments. Including percussion instruments like drums, bass and piano, string instruments such as guitars and lyres, and wind instruments like trumpets. These musical instruments are used by the members of the RITMO band in important events.
The researchers are a group of dedicated 12th-grade students from Saint Francis of Assisi College - Taguig, currently enrolled in the Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM) academic track. They belong to the first group of the section named after the esteemed physicist Stephen Hawking, consisting of Barahim, Cordita, Cuevas, De Mesa, Dingrat, Espiritu, Intia, Olmedo, Pascua, and Tambasacan, led by Dingrat. Motivated by the challenges of effective inventory management, the researchers conceptualized a website-based inventory tracker specifically tailored for the musical instruments of Ritmo Band. This innovative tool aims to assist both the school and the club organization in efficiently tracking and managing the musical instruments utilized by the students of SFAC-Taguig. Through this project, the researchers aspire to enhance organizational efficiency and ensure optimal utilization of resources within the school’s music programs.
